Tabarak Holding allocates EGP 12m for projects’ maintenance

Construction Company Tabarak Holding allocated EGP 12m for the maintenance of its six projects, which started during the second half of 2015, the company announced in an official statement.

The company has already spent some EGP 8m and is expected to finish the maintenance work by mid-2016.

Tabarak Holding’s Chairman Ali El Shorbany said the company is planning to pump investments of EGP 2bn. The company targets the delivery of 600 housing units amongst its different projects by the end of 2016 compared to the delivery of 400 units by the end of August 2015.

The company seeks the achievement of contract sales worth EGP 2bn by September 2016. In the past year, the company invested some EGP 5bn to implement various stages of its projects.

The company’s projects included Fifth Settlements’ Ninety Avenue, Ras Sedr’s Fantasia and Capita East, in Nasr City. Tabarak Holding will apply to any new land offerings, especially in New Cairo, since it aims to grow its land portfolio.
