AOG Developments has signed a cooperation agreement with Mynt Hospitality to manage and operate units at Royal’s Ras El Hekma, the company’s latest development located at kilometer 205 in Egypt’s North Coast.

Under the agreement, Mynt Hospitality will provide management and operational services for the project, covering asset management, unit preparation and furnishing, hospitality operations, and short- and long-term rental services, in line with customer preferences and the project’s operating guidelines.

The agreement is intended to establish an integrated operating model that supports asset management while maintaining service standards, residents’ privacy, and the overall quality of the development.

Royal’s Ras El Hekma spans 140 feddans and includes chalets, villas, and five-bedroom townhouses, with unit areas starting at 160 sqm. The development also features hospitality units, various services, and a private beach.

Mahmoud Omar, CEO of AOG Developments, said the company has been pursuing an expansion strategy since entering the Egyptian market in early 2025, focusing on locations that align with its development plans. The company’s entry into Ras El Hekma reflects this strategy, amid the area’s growing role as an investment and development destination in Egypt’s North Coast.

Omar added that the company has begun preparing the project’s land, with construction expected to start soon, while deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2030. He noted that Royal’s Ras El Hekma will offer a mix of chalets, villas, and five-bedroom townhouses, in addition to hospitality units and other services.

Hossam Reda, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Mynt Hospitality, said the agreement supports the company’s expansion in Ras El Hekma and is expected to increase its operational portfolio to 1,000 keys.

He added that Mynt Hospitality will provide management services for the project’s units, including operational preparation and hospitality management, with the aim of supporting day-to-day performance and enhancing the experience of residents and guests.

Reda concluded that the project’s location, master plan, unit mix, and pricing were among the factors considered in entering the partnership with AOG Developments.
