Alhejaz Gardens targets EGP 15bn sales, unveils two new projects

Alhejaz Gardens Real Estate is preparing to launch two new developments while targeting EGP 15bn in sales over the next year.

The company said its upcoming pipeline includes Lamar, a residential development in Maadi, and The Sign, a mixeduse commercial and administrative project.

It is also planning a fully integrated residential community in New Cairo, along with two projects in Sheikh Zayed City, as it expands beyond its traditional markets.

As part of its expansion plans, Alhejaz Gardens has appointed Ahmed Samir ElDesouky as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to oversee the company’s commercial operations.

ElDesouky said the company’s commercial strategy focuses on strengthening sales and marketing operations, expanding partnerships with real estate brokerage firms, and enhancing both direct and indirect sales channels to support sustainable growth and increase market share.

The company has delivered projects in Maadi, Zahraa El Maadi, Sheraton, Haram, Hadayek Al Ahram, Dokki, Mokattam, and Nasr City, and is now seeking to expand into New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed City.

ElDesouky brings more than 20 years of experience in Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Throughout his career, he has held senior commercial positions at several real estate companies, including Coldwell Banker Egypt, Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), SODIC, DAMAC Properties, La Vista Developments, Amer Group, MG Developments, NCB Developments, ADC Developments, and Wealth Holding Developments.
