Aliaa Investments Global (AIG) is considering new real estate projects in the New Administrative Capital as it advances work on its AI Tower and seeks to expand operations in Egypt.
The company said it is studying the launch of additional projects in the New Capital, citing the city’s growing importance as a regional investment destination supported by modern infrastructure, business districts, and integrated services.
Ezz ElDin Kamal, Chairperson of AIG, stated that the company has received the land for its AI Tower development and is preparing to begin construction after completing contracting procedures with a major contractor specializing in mixeduse towers. The project is scheduled for delivery within four years.
Kamal said the company’s strategy is centered on building a longterm institutional presence in Egypt by prioritizing customer trust and developing projects that incorporate sustainability and advanced technologies.
He added that AIG also plans to leverage its regional and international network to support the export of Egyptian real estate by attracting buyers and investors from Arab markets, in line with broader efforts to increase foreign investment in the country’s property sector.
The AI Tower is being developed in the Central Business District of the New Capital on an 8,700sqm plot overlooking the Iconic Tower. The 50storey mixeduse development will include office, retail, and medical units.
According to Kamal, the project will integrate smart building management systems and artificial intelligence technologies through a partnership with Honeywell, while Hafez Consultants is responsible for the architectural design and ACE Moharram Bakhoum is providing structural consultancy services. The company said it is close to appointing the project’s main contractor and general consultant.
As part of its expansion strategy, AIG has also strengthened its executive management by appointing Karim Abdin as Chief of the Commercial Sector.
Abdin said AI Tower is designed as the first mixeduse tower in the New Administrative Capital’s Central Business District to be operated and managed using artificial intelligence applications. The project spans 8,700 sqm, overlooks the Iconic Tower, and comprises 50 floors housing administrative, commercial, and medical units, offering investment opportunities across multiple asset classes.
