Forbes Middle East is partnering with El Gouna, one of Orascom Development Holding’s fully integrated towns by the Red Sea in Egypt, to host its inaugural Under 30 Summit 2022 in El Gouna. The three-day event will run from 24 to 26 November 2022 at the El Gouna Conference and Culture Center. The first-of-its-kind gathering will bring together both up-and-coming and established entrepreneurs, artists, founders, athletes, celebrities, and other young achievers from Forbes Middle East’s 30 Under 30 community in MENA.

Designed to be an immersive and interactive event and knowledge-sharing platform, the summit will host expert programming sessions, workshops, and training, as well as a Speed-Pitch Competition, Music Festival, and glittering closing ceremony, where the Forbes Middle East 30 Under 30 2022 honorees will be recognized.

“With our fifth edition of the Under 30 list being launched later this year, we believe the timing is right to bring this community together with our inaugural Middle East Under 30 Summit. We chose El Gouna Egypt as it is a perfect intersection of business, art, culture, luxury, and entertainment,” added Khuloud Al Omian, CEO and Editor-in-Chief at Forbes Middle East.

The summit will provide a unique opportunity for early-career entrepreneurs, young talent, and industry experts to connect, socialize, talk business, and participate in a productive flow of ideas. And it will be home to the Under 30 Village, which will be an interactive learning space consisting of startup booths and a multipurpose stage for flash demos, quick talks, entertainment performances, F&B, and more.

Mohamed Amer, CEO of El Gouna added, “We are proud of our collaboration with Forbes Middle East and feeling positive about it. Hosting the first Forbes Middle East Under 30 Summit is a significant step forward in bringing entrepreneurs, artists, founders, athletes, and celebrities from various walks of life together from around the region to exchange knowledge and create an impactful experience. This event comes as a perfect reflection of El Gouna’s legacy as a multicultural, inspiring town, and a sustainable hub for startups and youth in Egypt and the region.”

It is worth noting that El Gouna exemplifies the best model for a vibrant integrated sustainable town, with its wide range of facilities and year-round activities; namely with its residential, hospitality and workspace offerings, as well as providing education, water & land sports facilities, and medical services. It comprises all elements of a vibrant inspirational town, meanwhile embedding sustainability within the town’s DNA across all of its operations.
