EG Towers, Europe Hotel collaborate to manage EINS project at New Capital

EG Towers Development and Germany’s Europe Hotel Management have signed a contract to manage and operate the EINS project in the New Administrative Capital.

Mohamed El-Feki, the owner of EG Towers, said on the sidelines of the signing ceremony that confidence in the European Hotel Management Company pushed the company to benefit from the German expertise in the serviced-apartments field.

Bassam El-Feki, owner of EG Towers, said that EINS building consists of 14 floors, starting with 3 floors, a car garage, and comprising 3 commercial floors, then 8 floors, comprising 160 serviced-apartments with very suitable spaces. 

 , the CEO of Europe Hotel Management, stated that the agreement came after negotiations that lasted about 10 months to reach a formula that guarantees achievement of easy operating systems that achieve luxury and excellence for the EINS client in the future.

 added that the Egyptian people are a special case as they love life and always look forward to the best. They give their utmost to build themselves and the future of their generations.

He sent a message to foreign investors who are already working in Egypt, especially those who started their work during the past seven years, saying “You have been very smart in investing in these promising opportunities. Secondly, I say to the investors who have not yet come, you may be on a date from a major shift, whatever your field or investment. Don’t let time pass.”
