El Masria Auto inaugurated a new service centre for Subaru cars in the Abu Rawash Industrial Zone, in cooperation with Abou Ghaly Motors, the exclusive dealer and distributor of Subaru in Egypt.

The new centre covers an area of 11,000 sqm, enough to receive 100 cars per day, through three main departments: sales, after-sales service, and spare parts, as well as customer service management.

The centre has several service points, such as full maintenance; repair of external body, motor repair, and body painting.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Chairperson of El Masria Auto, Mohamed Rayan; the Managing Director and CEO of Abou Ghaly Motors Group, Mohamed Abou Ghaly; the Vice Chairperson of El Masria Auto, Mai Ryan; the Commercial Manager of Abou Ghaly Motors, Tamer Qotb; and the General Manager of El Masria Auto, Ahmed El-Deeb,.

“The new centre comes within the framework of El Masria Auto’s strategy to expand in car maintenance services of all types due to frequent customer complaints owing to the lack of service centres. We also have a long-term plan to establish several service centres for the world’s largest brands, as we aim to reach out to clients throughout Egypt,” said Rayan.

He added that the centre is the second of its kind for El Masria Auto following the Hurghada service centre. It aims to serve the company’s customers in Giza and Alexandria. He pointed out that investments in both centres amounted to EGP 100m. El Masria Auto plans to open another service centre in the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo.

Furthermore, Rayan announced a 10% discount on spare parts for Subaru and maintenance for a month at El Masria Auto’s centres.

As for Abou Ghaly, he said, “The new centre is the result of fruitful and strategic cooperation with El Masria Auto. We aim to provide after-sales service through our centres and partners so that Subaru users can easily maintain their cars whenever and wherever they are.”
