Roshan Masr Developments has signed partnership agreements with Raef Fahmi Architects, KAD Commercial Property Management, and Axes Consulting Services as the company prepares to launch its first development in Egypt.
The agreements cover architectural design, consulting, and property and facilities management, forming part of the company’s development strategy ahead of the rollout of its inaugural project.
Salah Kotb, Vice Chairperson of Roshan Masr Developments, said the partnerships are intended to establish an integrated development framework covering planning, design, business development, and post-completion asset and facilities management. He added that the company is focusing on building a network of specialized partners before launching projects, noting that Roshan Masr draws on more than 15 years of real estate development experience in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
According to Kotb, the company plans to announce its first project in the Egyptian market in the near future.
Chief Executive Officer Hatem Adel said the partnerships bring together firms specializing in different stages of the development process, supporting the company’s expansion plans. He added that Roshan Masr intends to continue working with specialist consultants and operators across its future developments. Adel also revealed that the company’s first project will be located in West Cairo, describing it as the first in a planned pipeline of developments.
Raef Fahmi, Chairperson of Raef Fahmi Architects, said the partnership will focus on delivering projects that emphasize architectural identity, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
Maha Elfangary, Chairperson of KAD Commercial Property Management, stated that the agreement reflects the growing role of asset and facilities management in maintaining property value and improving operational performance throughout a project’s lifecycle.
Islam Khamis, Chairperson of Axes Consulting Services, said successful real estate developments increasingly depend on coordination between planning, design, and operational partners from the early stages of project development. He added that integrating expertise across disciplines can help developers respond to changing market requirements.
