Egypt’s Ministry of Industry has called on manufacturers across the country to register on the Manufacturers Support Platform, a digital initiative designed to strengthen communication with industrial enterprises and provide a broad range of integrated services to enhance competitiveness and support business growth.
The Ministry said the platform enables factories to submit and track complaints and inquiries electronically, ensuring faster responses and more efficient engagement with the relevant authorities. It also provides dedicated support for distressed factories by facilitating access to appropriate assistance and practical solutions.
As part of the government’s broader digital transformation strategy for the industrial sector, the platform offers smart feasibility study services to help investors and manufacturers evaluate new projects and expansion opportunities.
Registered factories can also showcase their products through a comprehensive industrial products catalogue, increasing market visibility and creating new business opportunities. In addition, the platform supports product marketing by connecting manufacturers with local and international buyers, including traders and industrial companies.
To strengthen industrial supply chains, manufacturers can register their requirements for raw materials, production inputs, machinery and industrial services. The platform also enables suppliers and local manufacturers to submit offers to meet these needs, fostering stronger business linkages, promoting local sourcing and improving supply chain integration.
The Ministry of Industry encouraged all factories to register and benefit from the platform’s integrated digital services, stressing that the initiative is designed to improve the business environment, support industrial development, facilitate market access and enhance the competitiveness of Egypt’s manufacturing sector.
