AlGammal Holding has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Lectrobar to collaborate on the development and expansion of the Lectrobar Busway system, marking a significant step in advancing innovative electrical distribution solutions across the region.
The agreement was formalised during a signing ceremony in Cairo on Monday. It aims to combine AlGammal Holding’s industrial strength and regional presence with Lectrobar’s longstanding expertise in busduct and busway manufacturing.
Under the partnership, both companies will collaborate to deliver high-quality, reliable, and efficient busway solutions tailored for major infrastructure, industrial, and data-driven projects. The collaboration is expected to enhance local capabilities while supporting large-scale developments that demand advanced power distribution systems.
Taha AlGammal, Chairperson of AlGammal Holding, described the partnership as part of the group’s broader strategy to align with leading international manufacturers and introduce advanced industrial technologies to regional markets.
“By combining our industrial platform and engineering capabilities with Lectrobar’s proven busway solutions, we aim to deliver scalable and efficient power distribution systems that support major infrastructure and digital transformation projects,” he said.
Ahmed Al Habachi, CEO of Lectrobar, said the agreement represents a key milestone in the company’s regional expansion plans.
“Through this partnership, we seek to strengthen the presence of Lectrobar Busway systems and provide high-performance solutions designed to meet the growing needs of large-scale infrastructure, industrial, and mission-critical projects,” he noted.
