CirCairo 2012 opened with dazzling performances in front of the Abdeen Palace last Thursday. Clowns, acrobats, Sufi dancers, and much more, entertained a large audience on the first night of the festival. The giant puppets roamed the crowd accompanied by a fire-breathing performer on stilts, much to the delight of the children and adults in the crowd.
