SKY AD. Developments has launched medical clinics and administrative offices at Bluewalk, its commercial project within the Bluetree residential development in New Cairo’s Golden Square, expanding its commercial offering beyond retail units.
Bluetree spans 50 feddans, with total investments estimated at EGP 8bn, while Bluewalk covers 5.6 feddans. The commercial project features a 280-metre frontage and pedestrian walkways and is located near Al Ahly Sporting Club and the American University in Cairo (AUC).
The newly launched medical units range from 48 to 105 square metres, while administrative offices range from 35 to 150 square metres.
Abdel Rahman Agami, CEO and Managing Director of SKY AD. Developments, said the launch reflects the company’s investment strategy in East Cairo, where demand for commercial and administrative spaces supports development activity.
The company is also offering a limited number of fully finished residential units at Bluetree, with delivery scheduled within four years. Available options include studios starting at 40 square metres, one-bedroom apartments measuring 74 square metres, two-bedroom units at 92 square metres and three-bedroom units at 150 square metres.
Launched in 2023, Bluetree comprises more than 1,800 residential units, with buildings occupying 18% of the project’s total area. The first phase is scheduled for delivery in 2027.
SKY AD. Developments’ portfolio includes projects in New Cairo, the New Administrative Capital and the Sixth Settlement. The company has also outlined plans to expand its presence in East and West Cairo.
The Bluewalk launch adds medical and administrative facilities to the project’s existing retail offering, broadening the range of commercial activities within Bluetree.
