Triumph Hotels Management and leading real estate developer M|A Group have announced a long-term strategic partnership to develop the premium hotel-apartment project, “Triumph Pyramids Hotel”, located in the heart of West Cairo’s tourist hub.
The announcement was made during a press conference hosted by M|A Group at Triumph Hotel in the Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, in the presence of Ehab Shouman, Chairperson of Triumph Hotels Management, and Mohamed Ayoub, Chairperson of M|A Group, alongside a distinguished gathering of media representatives, journalists, and senior executives from both companies.
Located in one of Egypt’s most attractive tourist destinations, with strong appeal for both local and foreign investment, this partnership marks a significant step forward for both companies. It brings together their expertise to deliver an exceptional hotel-apartment project that meets the highest standards of quality and professional operation, while exceeding client expectations. With a direct view of the Giza Pyramids and in close proximity to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), “Triumph Pyramids Hotel” enjoys a highly strategic location. The project lies within a tourism zone benefiting from the state’s ongoing efforts to support and promote hospitality and tourism development. Delivery of the project is expected within three years.
