ALJAR Developments has confirmed its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, where it will showcase its flagship projects—Aljar Sheraton and Aljar British District (JBD)—with exclusive offers and competitive payment plans.

Managing Director Wasim Taha announced that the first phase of Aljar Sheraton in East Cairo has been fully delivered. It features 160 luxury serviced units, all managed by Concorde El Salam Hotels and fully equipped with air conditioning and modern kitchens. The final phase of the project is now 80% complete, with full delivery expected within two years.

Taha emphasized the project’s strategic location, which offers residents a prime address combining luxury living with convenient access to key destinations across Cairo. Aljar Sheraton is situated just three minutes from Cairo International Airport, directly behind City Centre Almaza, four minutes from Nasr City, and about thirty minutes from the New Administrative Capital.

The compound includes a wide array of amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, landscaped green areas, waterfalls, and underground parking. The residential units cater to a variety of needs, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts with thoughtfully designed spaces that combine functionality and comfort.

At Cityscape Egypt, ALJAR Developments will introduce tailored payment plans for Aljar Sheraton, giving prospective buyers attractive investment options. Taha pointed out that real estate exhibitions play a crucial role in helping clients explore different offerings, engage directly with developers, and discover exclusive pricing—making them ideal platforms to build trust and transparency.

In line with this strategy, ALJAR will also present exclusive launch offers for its newest development, Aljar British District (JBD), for the first time. Located directly on the Suez Road, JBD spans more than 70 feddans and represents a total investment of around EGP 20bn. Its first phase includes approximately 1,200 residential and serviced units, with hotel apartments operated by Concorde Hotels and Resorts. The design of the project reflects high standards of modern architecture and luxury living.

Taha noted that JBD is more than just a residential compound; it integrates educational, medical, and commercial services. A central feature is the educational zone, which includes the first British University for Medical Sciences in partnership with Aston University, alongside a hospital and a wide range of healthcare and commercial facilities spread over 25 feddans.

He further revealed that construction work on JBD has already commenced ahead of the official sales launch, highlighting the company’s strong financial standing and its serious commitment to quality and timely delivery.

With its prominent location directly opposite Open Air Mall and close proximity to both Cairo International Airport and the New Administrative Capital, Aljar British District is positioned to become one of the most desirable residential and investment destinations in East Cairo.
