Real estate marketing company LIV Real Estate Egypt has announced the launch of the LIV365 exhibition for projects at the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

The exhibition is taking place in its new administrative headquarter in the Fifth Settlement area of New Cairo, and includes various implemented projects in the NAC.

Khalil Abdallah, CEO of the company, said that LIV365 is responsible for holding the exhibition throughout the year, and includes real estate development companies and bank representatives to facilitate financing for customers.

He confirmed that the company is the first authorised distributor of real estate by the 15 largest real estate developers in the NAC. All contracting procedures are carried out through the LIV company’s headquarter, instead of ending with the developer.

“The most important advantages of the permanent exhibition is that it’s availability to customer throughout the year and not during specific days only, which means greater advantages, better offers and multiple options are available to the customer throughout the year,” Abdallah said, “The customer also enjoys special discounts within the exhibition, in addition to providing special visits to all sites on the ground and providing a means of transportation to the New Capital.”

He said that special offers will be presented to companies, unions, and bodies, while providing all the real estate products that clients are looking for, including residential, commercial, administrative, and medical units.

This makes the exhibition a platform during which all property projects offered in the NAC are gathered all over the year.

He explained that the most prominent companies showcasing their projects at the exhibition are: Sky Abu Dhabi Developments; Misr Italia Properties; Living Yards Developments; City Edge Developments; IC Group; Nile Developments; The Land Developers; Al-Burouj Misr Developments; Saudi-Egyptian Developers; Sorouh Developments; AlTameer Arabian; and Edge Holding.

Abdallah disclosed that the NAC was chosen because of the governmental interest in the project, and the national support it enjoys.

It also reflects President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi’s interest in implementing a new republic for Egypt through which a qualitative leap will be made in the life of the Egyptian citizen.

The project is also characterised by the launch of a strong smart infrastructure network that serves all projects implemented to make the NAC the largest smart city in the Middle East.
