Ebny, Sabbour Consulting collaborate to supervise Upper Egypt’s Greene Avenue project

Ebny Real Estate Development has contracted with Sabbour Consulting to supervise the development of the Greene Avenue project in New Sohag city, Upper Egypt.

Abdallah Kamel, CEO of Ebny Real Estate, said, “The contract with Sabbour comes with the aim of achieving the goals that the company aspires to, in creating a unique and distinctive real estate product of civilised and social value, and that contributes positively and effectively in developing New Sohag.”

He said that the company has engaged Fathallah Fawzi, Vice President of the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association (EBA), to assume the duties of the company’s real estate development advisor.

Additionally, the project was also assigned to one of the largest engineering offices in Egypt, ACE Moharram.Bakhoum, to develop the optimal concept for the project.

Kamel added that the 20 feddan Greene Avenue project is an integrated residential compound comprised of villas, residential buildings, hotel apartments, and a commercial and entertainment mall.

New Sohag represents a future solution for high population density in Sohag governorate, due to the new development’s strategic location along an 8.3 km integrated road network connecting it to the main city of Sohag, he said.

Omar Sabbour, Vice President of Sabbour Consulting, said that his office will supervise the implementation of all phases of the Greene Avenue development. This will be done by ensuring that all works are carried out according to the approved engineering designs. This will also take into account the careful supervision of the construction process, to ensure a high-quality real estate product, whilst keeping the project contractor to construction timetables.

Sabbour said that his company looks forward to supervising more development projects in other cities and governorates across Egypt. The focus here would be particularly in those that have not previously received much attention by the private sector, as in the major cities in Cairo and Alexandria.
