La Verde launches 2nd NAC project with EGP 2.5bn investments

La Verde Developments will announce the launch of its second project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) during its participation in the Al Ahram Real Estate Exhibition (AQARI).

The exhibition, which is scheduled for 1 to 4 October, will be inaugurated by Minister of Housing Assem El Gazzar.

Ibrahim Lashin, Chairperson of La Verde Developments, said the company is preparing to introduce its second NAC project for sale at the exhibition, which is comprised of a villa complex constructed according to the latest international architectural style. The 54 feddan development has received total investments of EGP 2.5bn.

The La Verde New Capital project is the company’s first project in the NAC. It is an integrated compound constructed on an area of ​​35 feddans, with investments estimated at EGP 1.8bn. A total of 80% of the project’s land area has been allocated for green spaces and services, Lashin said.

La Verde New Capital is located at the NAC’s centre in the R8 area, directly overlooking the Green River. The development is located in close proximity to all the NAC’s services, such as the international airport and the presidential headquarters. Moreover, the compound is close to the diplomatic district, the city of culture and art, and the government district.

For her part, Vice-Chairperson of La Verde Developments Naglaa Tahoun said the company has managed to achieve sales of more than 70% at the project.

Tahoun said, “The great demand for the projects in the NAC is due to high implementation rates and achievements on the ground, besides its being a smart city that depends on international standards and specifications.”
