Specialised energy provider, 365 Ecology, has announced the launch of two new subsidiaries ECO IFM & ECO FLS, as part of its fifth-anniversary celebrations.

Osama Bekhit, Founder & Managing Director of 365 Ecology, said, “The Egyptian construction and real estate market are positioned for continued growth, with the country’s fast-growing population and a GDP contribution of EGP 320 bn.”

“New urban and residential developments are driving this growth. 365 Ecology saw the need in servicing this growth and going beyond the traditional realms of HVAC engineering solutions by launching ECO IFM & ECO FLS” confirms Bekhit.

Bekhit also said that, following studies and analysis of the current real estate market, and the digital transformation that is currently being witnessed across all industries, it was imperative for the company to invest further.

“A dynamic sector needs innovative industry leaders that are agile in the face of change, and that’s why we saw the need to introduce to the market integrated solutions,” Bekhit said, “This undoubtedly introduces us to what I believe will be the new norm.”

ECO IFM, the first of 365 Ecology’s subsidiaries, focuses on providing integrated facility management and after sales services. With a considerable investment in training and the development of its facility management team, ECO IFM promises to provide the parent company’s existing and future clients with a one team approach.

The second subsidiary announced is ECO FLS, which undertakes safety and security at construction and building sites. This is set to occur through providing fire-fighting and safety solutions, such as smoke and fire withdrawal systems.

With a portfolio of over 143 projects and more than 75 clients, 365 Ecology has become known for their innovative and integrated energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
