Regus Egypt announces working space renovation at Nile City towers

Regus Egypt, a global workplace provider, has announced the redesigning of its business lounge in Cairo located in Nile city towers, with an area of 1400 sqm.

Regus, which is an operating subsidiary of the International Workplace Group (IWG), said that it will support this new entrepreneurial ecosystem in Cairo by offering access to ready-to-use offices and by strengthening emulation between project leaders who share the same workspace.

Tarek Abou-Zeinab, Country Manager of IWG in Africasaid, “We have totally redesigned the Nile City towers’ coworking space to provide a new customer experience for start-up creators.”

He also said “I hope that this inspiring new setting will be conducive to the emergence of new talent in Egyptian Tech. Turnkey offices, domiciliation, and networking are the essential ingredients for successful entrepreneurs.

Project owners can be 100% focused on their project without worrying about the side-lines. They can now be in the middle of a community of creators to boost their business,” Abou Zeinab added.

The company also asserted that the renovation focused on the warm setting of the shared facilities, as the use of flexible workspaces, such as coworking, is growing rapidly.

The historical brand of the IWG Group offers a variety of flexible working spaces including private offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and business lounges for all types of businesses: from start-ups to global groups, with an emphasis on site accessibility and building quality.

According to the IWG study conducted in 2019 in 100 countries, 30 % of workspaces in 2030 will be in the form of flexible, coworking type workspaces.
