Golden House launches 3rd phase of Roses project in NAC

Golden House Real Estate Investment launched the third phase of its Roses project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) after marketing the two previous phases of the project achieving total sales of EGP 350m.

Hady Shendy, chairperson of Golden House, said the company aims to continue the success it achieved in the previous phases until the completion of the project.

The project is located in R8 neighbourhood in the NAC, near to the service area in the new capital. Its built-up area is 20% and the rest is allocated for green spaces and artificial lakes.

The location of the project, near the Opera House and the Presidential Palace, provides its residents an access to integrated services, Shendy said. In addition, the service area within the project is built on an area of 12,600 sqm.

Mohamed Fathy, marketing manager at the company, said the project is located on an area of 22 feddan, and the company offers facilitations in payment, with 10-25% down payment and instalments up to nine years with zero interest.

The company participates in many real estate exhibitions to market its projects and meet its customers to know their housing needs, Fathy added.
