TREEX targets 1.7 million clients in 2017: chairperson

Thika Company, the organiser of TREEX 2017, expects more than 20,000 visitors to attend the four-day event, according to the expected results of the promotional plan launched by the company, according to the chairperson of the company, Mohamed El Dahshory.

El Dahshory said that the company has launched an advertising campaigns financed by social networking sites targeting more than 1.7 million clients from Greater Cairo, in addition to radio and outdoor campaigns, and about one million SMS messages for targeted customers, along with other means of advertising.

The exhibition will be inaugurated on Thursday with the participation of 35 real estate companies that will provide numerous offers and discounts.

He explained that the conference is the second of the company, noting that the company will organise a series of activities aimed at activating the real estate market and keeping technological development, besides, real estate exhibitions.

He stressed that real estate exhibitions are one of the most successful marketing tools in the activation of sales of companies with the large promotional campaigns accompanied by the direct contact with a large number of customers in specific days—and most of the companies are keen to participate in exhibitions.

On Saturday, the Elite real estate exhibition was concluded. The exhibition were held during the period from 9 to 12 August on an area of 18,000 square metres, with the participation of major Egyptian and Arab real estate companies.
