Banque Misr has launched a cash transfer service that enables clients and non-clients all over Egypt to transfer cash via mobile phones over 24 hours, as a new edition to the bank’s distinguished services.

To transfer money through this service, the client has to go to any of the Banque Misr branches all over Egypt and fill out a service application form, to transfer funds from one phone wallet to the other.

The service also can be used to fulfill Fawry transactions, including immediate payment for bills, shipping, donations, and tickets, in addition to receiving foreign remittances and paying for purchases from any dealer that has the service.

The wallet can be charged using credit, debit, and prepaid cards.

All that the customer needs in order to use the service is the mobile number and the national ID number—without even having cards or bank accounts—by downloading the app for free.

The application can be downloaded from the Google Play store for Android users and the App Store for Apple users.
