Banque du Caire is present in the North Coast through five integrated branches, which offer all the necessary banking services to their clients throughout the year, according to Mounir El Zahid, the chairperson of the bank.

El Zahid explained that the branches of the North Coast include Marina’s integrated branch, which offers its banking services to the bank’s clients there, in addition to the branches of Agami, Borg El-Arab, El Hammam city, and Marsa Matruh. There is also a permanent office for currency exchange in Borg El-Arab Airport.

He added that the bank is also keen on being present through ATMs, including 10 of which are in branches and 8 outside branches. He noted that the bank aims to install four new ATMs in North Coast resorts.

“The bank is interested in geographical expansions in order to enhance its presence near the growing base of its clients and reach them easily as well as enable them to obtain the banking services they need, where the bank has 244 branches across the country with the aim of offering the best level of services that suit the customers’ needs within a system that aims to spread the banking culture among citizens,” El Zahid said.

He added that the branches of the bank in the North Coast offer all necessary banking services to clients, including withdrawing and depositing, in addition to sending and receiving remittances, besides several other services that distinguish Banque du Caire from other banks.

El Zahid pointed out that the bank is keen on offering a competitive banking experience within its branches, starting from receiving clients and providing them with promotional materials that help them become familiar with the bank’s diverse products and services, such as saving accounts, the loans of small and micro enterprises, in addition to credit cards, car loans, electronic payments, and many other products.

According to El Zahid, the bank’s strategy is based on developing the trust of clients through facilitating the work procedures in branches and following the concept of “know your client”, and establishing relations based on credibility and transparency, besides an ideal design of branches to support the identity of the bank, providing customers with more privacy in all procedures and greater speed.
