CAIRO: Ismaili in-form winger Ahmed Samir Farag vows to work harder in order to regain his place in Egypt’s squad.

The 24-year-old was again dropped by Hassan Shehata for the upcoming 2012 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Sierra Leone, but reacted calmly to the manager’s decision.

"I respect the manager’s decision not to include. He knows more who should be selected," Farag told FilGoal.com.

"I think I should focus with my team now. It could be a motive for me to work harder and regain the manager’s faith."

Farag, who naturally plays as a left-back, scored three goals out of Ismaili’s five in the league so far as the Dervishes top the table with maximum points from three games.
