YOKOHAMA: Ahly playmaker Mohamed Abou-Trika refused to comment on reporters suggestions that he is nearing a move to Saudi club Al-Hilal.

Al-Hilal has previously announced on their official website that they agreed on a deal with Ahly to bring Abou-Trika to the Saudi League next January.

No comment. I m only here to talk about the game, Abou-Trika said in a press conference after the Adelaide game.

Ahly suffered their second defeat in two Club World Cup games at the hands of Adelaide United on Thursday, to finish the competition in sixth place.

We did our best but we weren’t lucky enough to win the game, the player said.

Abou-Trika was replaced during the game s half-time as coach Manuel Jose tried to enhance the team s attacking efficiency by bringing on Hussein Yasser.
