CAIRO: A Cairo teenager being grounded by his parents ended tragically when the 16-year-old pupil plunged to his death while trying to escape from his fourth-floor bedroom, a newspaper reported on Friday.
His father had grounded the boy for several days because he disapproved of the company he was keeping, Egypt s official Al-Ahram daily reported.
It said police have ruled out suicide and that he fell after losing his balance while trying to climb out of the window. -AFP
