Al Ahly Sabbour Developments said it is continuing construction work across its North Coast portfolio, which spans approximately 1,225 acres in Sidi Abdel Rahman, Ras El Hekma, and Sidi Heneish.
The company stated that ongoing construction investments across its coastal projects exceed EGP 13bn, with more than 4,500 residential units currently under development and around 1,000 units scheduled for delivery in 2026.
Among the projects under development is GAIA in Ras El Hekma, which extends over 284 acres and comprises 3,582 residential units. According to the company, the first phase was delivered in 2023, while deliveries for the second phase are currently underway.
Construction work in the second phase has reached 99%, with 420 additional units planned for delivery in summer 2026.
At SUMMER in Sidi Heneish, which spans more than 434 acres, construction activities have recently commenced. Al Ahly Sabbour appointed El Shams Contracting Company as the main contractor for the first phase under a contract valued at EGP 1bn. Current works include excavation, earthworks, and site preparation.
The company also highlighted progress at YOUD in Ras El Hekma, a 164-acre development featuring residential units, hospitality facilities, retail spaces, and sports amenities.
Al Ahly Sabbour said it has delivered approximately 600 units to date, representing around 22% of the project, while an additional 700 units are under construction. Further deliveries are scheduled for summer 2026.

In addition, the company recently launched the “YOUD El Bahr” phase, which includes serviced beachfront chalets overlooking the sea.
Commenting on the company’s coastal developments, the Chairperson and Managing Director of Al Ahly Sabbour Developments said the firm’s strategy is based on developing a diversified portfolio that combines residential and tourism components across multiple destinations on the North Coast.

He added that the company remains focused on maintaining construction momentum across its ongoing projects while adhering to planned delivery schedules and quality standards.
Al Ahly Sabbour’s presence on the North Coast dates back to 2008 with the launch of AMWAJ in Sidi Abdel Rahman. Since then, the company has expanded its portfolio to include a number of large-scale coastal developments across key destinations in the region.
