NAIA Developments has announced that 90% of construction works have been completed on the first phase of its NAIA West project in New Sheikh Zayed City, with 100 residential units finalised to date. The project, which was launched in 2022, is scheduled for delivery in 2026.
Chairperson Hisham El-Danasoury said the company has, since its establishment in 2021, prioritised the development of fully integrated residential communities while maintaining strict adherence to construction timelines. He added that NAIA has steadily expanded its footprint in Egypt’s real estate market over the past five years, in line with its strategic growth plan.
Mohamed Farag, Vice Chairperson for the Commercial Sector, noted that construction at NAIA West has accelerated this year, underscoring the company’s commitment to meeting delivery schedules and efficiently managing large-scale developments.
Spanning 140 feddans, NAIA West comprises a mix of standalone villas, townhouses and apartments. The development includes the Alana residential phase, featuring 496 fully finished units ranging from 135 to 175 square metres, alongside a 6,021-square-metre clubhouse. Total investments in the project are estimated at approximately EGP 32bn.
The design and supervision of the Alana units are being carried out in collaboration with Kyme Alchemy and RMC – Raafat Miller, a regional engineering consultancy firm. NAIA has also partnered with Vodafone Egypt to provide telecommunications and internet services across the project.
NAIA Developments’ land portfolio currently stands at around 252 acres, with total investments estimated at EGP 46bn. In addition to NAIA West, the company is behind the NAIA Bay project in Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast.
