BUILDEX Developments has announced the launch of its latest residential project, Eden Park, in the Green Belt of 6th of October City, with projected sales exceeding EGP 600m.
Mohamed Khaled Aboul Qassem, Chairman of BUILDEX Developments, said the project marks a key step in strengthening the company’s presence in West Cairo, showcasing its ability to capture promising investment opportunities and deliver innovative products that align with both market demand and the state’s urban expansion strategy.
Spanning 21,000 sqm, Eden Park is located in the heart of the Green Belt area, near Dahshur Link and Juhayna Square. The area is distinguished by its upscale community of villas and comprehensive infrastructure, offering residents proximity to educational, healthcare, and leisure facilities, along with direct access to major roads and key hubs in West Cairo.
Aboul Qassem also announced partnerships with Be Architects as the project’s engineering consultant and Buzz Integration, which will oversee marketing campaigns.
Mahmoud Amir, Chief Commercial Officer at BUILDEX Developments, highlighted the project’s competitive payment plans, which start from 0% down payment and extend up to 10 years.
“The project is scheduled for delivery within three years, though we are targeting early completion and handover,” Amir said. He added that the company’s expansion strategy includes new projects in both the Green Belt and Green Revolution areas, capitalising on BUILDEX’s diverse land portfolio in these locations.
