The development includes residential units ranging from 111 to 173 sqm, in addition to a 1,500sqm area designated for commercial, administrative, and medical services.
Ahmed Adel, Chief Commercial Director at JORA Developments, said the company obtained the necessary approvals, including the ministerial decree and building permit, before commencing construction.
He added that the project will feature facilities such as swimming pools, a mosque, cycling lanes, underground parking, and internal roads.
JORA Developments has also launched the project’s third phase, offering payment plans starting from a 5% down payment with installments of up to eight years.
According to the company, JORA has delivered 75 standalone projects serving more than 1,500 customers over the past 15 years.
