BirdNest, a hospitality and property management company, has partnered with seven, the consumer finance platform backed by Beltone Holding, to provide financing solutions for home finishing and furnishing across Egypt.
The partnership allows clients to access BirdNest’s finishing and furnishing packages through flexible instalment plans, helping homeowners complete and equip their properties without large upfront payments. The financing solutions will be offered through seven’s “seven wonders” programme, which provides one-time financing options through a network of furniture and interior design partners.
The collaboration also extends to the vacation rental sector through seven’s “seven world” programme, enabling customers to finance hospitality and summer stay experiences.
BirdNest’s finishing and furnishing packages are developed by its in-house design team and cater to different property types and budgets, including homes in Cairo, the North Coast, and El Gouna.
Omar Elfiky, CEO of seven, said that the partnership reflects the company’s strategy of providing financing solutions that address customers’ day-to-day needs.
