BUILDEX Developments outlined its strategy for 2026, which centers on advancing construction at its main project and assessing potential expansion opportunities in West Cairo.

The company said that it achieved its targeted sales and investment plan for 2025, pointing to progress in sales performance and construction

Chairperson of BUILDEX Developments Mohamed Khaled Abu El Qassem said the company’s 2026 plan is built around two main pillars: increasing construction rates at its residential project Eden Park and continuing to study new investment opportunities in selected areas of west Cairo.

According to Abu El Qassem, the company aims to enhance the investment value of Eden Park while pursuing measured expansion in locations aligned with infrastructure upgrades and rising demand in the area.

He noted that west Cairo has witnessed growing investor interest, supported by major national projects, including the Grand Egyptian Museum.

He added that the museum is expected to contribute to increased demand for residential properties in nearby districts. Abu El Qassem projected that property prices in west Cairo could rise by 15% to 20% in the coming period, driven by infrastructure improvements and what he described as real demand growth.

Chief Commercial Officer at BUILDEX Developments Mahmoud Amir said the company is currently evaluating several potential investments in Al Hizam Al Akhdar (Green Belt) and Hadayek October, as part of a controlled expansion strategy that balances growth with execution capacity.

Eden Park, located in the Green Belt area of 6 October City, spans over approximately 21,000 sqm and consists of villa-only residential units. The project is situated near Waslet Dahshur and Juhayna Square in West Cairo.
