ARDIC Developments CEO Tamer El Akkad announced that the company is finalising procedures to acquire a new land plot in East Cairo in cooperation with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), paving the way for the launch of a new project to be added to its development portfolio.
El Akkad said the move forms part of ARDIC’s expansion strategy across both East and West Cairo, focusing on mixed-use developments that blend residential luxury with commercial offerings and reflect a modern urban identity tailored to the evolving needs of the Egyptian market.
He noted that the company currently serves a customer base of more than 3,500 clients across five projects in New Cairo, El Shorouk, and Mostakbal City. The upcoming expansion, he added, responds to growing demand from existing clients and reflects their continued confidence in ARDIC’s projects.
