The property exhibition Cityscape Egypt is the most important real estate event in the country, with developers expected to showcase their best units and pre-planned offers on 4-7 November.

The property exhibition will take place at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre (EIEC), hosting 65 organisations over four days.

The exhibition was formerly scheduled for 18 – 21 March, but it was postponed following the Egyptian government’s announcement to suspend all major public gatherings in Egypt, as a precautionary measure against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

It is not just developers who are eagerly awaiting this annual real estate event, but real estate customers and investors too. The event will be a platform on which these two segments will be able to view and review exclusive offers and investment opportunities, build relationships, and learn about promising real estate projects in Egypt.

Cityscape Egypt reflects all of these facilities available in one place, bringing together the largest real estate developers in Egypt. The exhibition announced that space at the event has sold out, as Egyptian developers prepare for the first opportunity to showcase their developments since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The organisers Informa Markets noted that the exhibition is set to play a critical role in galvanising the post-lockdown market, as the country gets back to business following the pandemic.

The appetite to get back to business and stay the course of recovery is a testament to the staying power of Egypt’s real estate market, developers and exhibitors said.

They added that they eagerly await the Cityscape exhibition from year to year, due to its being the most important local and regional exhibition. Besides this, Cityscape is hugely popular in the real estate market, which is reflected in customer confidence in the event. Accordingly, companies and exhibitors are very enthusiastic to present their best products and offers.

They further disclosed that the return of exhibitions, which will see a boom in 2021, is important to complement what marketers and companies do, in addition to social media and outdoor marketing. These exhibitions will give impetus to customers, and encourage them to visit to choose from multiple products
