Qawafil Developments has launched its latest project, Tri-Hub, a 6,000 sqm mixed-use urban complex in New Cairo, with targeted sales of EGP 2.8bn.
Located near the Southern 90th Axis and surrounded by major universities and densely populated areas, Tri-Hub combines commercial, administrative, and medical facilities in one integrated development.
Chairman Mohamed El-Gohary described Tri-Hub as a “qualitative leap” in urban development concepts. The project includes around 220 units, with the ground floor dedicated to retail outlets and the upper three floors allocated to administrative offices and medical clinics. Lower levels will house parking and operational facilities, with an architectural design optimising space use and catering to diverse professional needs.
Qawafil has enlisted a team of market specialists for the project: Eng. Mohamed Hafez, CEO of Hafez Consultant, as project designer; Bassem El-Sherbiny, CEO of Etqan Business Development, for market studies; Yasser Zanon, founder of Voice of FM, for facility management; and Namaa EXP for managing commercial operations.
Since its establishment in Suez in 2008, Qawafil Developments has completed more than 98 projects across New Cairo, Obour, and Suez, driven by a vision focused on quality, innovation, and anticipating market trends.
