City Edge Developments has announced the launch of a first of its kind virtual tour for its New Alamein Towers development, providing current and potential customers with the opportunity to view units, the company said in a press statement.

The virtual tour also lets customers see the varying and unique views from each unit, whether over the sea or the development’s turquoise lakes.

The company’s CEO, Mohamed El-Mikawi, said, “We are proud to be part of this national megaproject, and to today witness the results of the hard work over the past two years. We are proud to share this achievement with our clients through this virtual tour.”

He added, “The tour is a statement that confirms the importance of technology for the real estate sector that has had to be resilient and flexible enough to overcome the current challenges.”

El-Mikawi added that City Edge Developments’ main goal is to create innovations in Egypt’s real estate development and construction sectors. This will take place through the company’s development of new coastal cities that are inhabited year-round, rather than only during the summer season.

This vision aims to transform New Alamein Towers into an attractive hub providing both integrated features for permanent settlement, and which also serves as a tourist destination in the near future.

New Alamein Towers, which has been developed according to international standards, includes four districts of varying designs. The project’s first area is dedicated to the North Edge Towers enjoying two facades, one facing the Mediterranean Sea and the other looking out over a turquoise lake.

The second is The Gate Towers, representing both the city’s main entrance and the second tallest building along the Mediterranean Coast. Each tower has a height of 170 metres and 44 floors and caters to all customer needs. The project includes low-rise buildings in the Mazarine area, comprised of villas, twin houses and chalets. Additionally, there is the Downtown area comprised of multi-functional apartments and units besides commercial and entertainment areas.

The New Alamein City development is one of Egypt’s fourth-generation cities developed by the government, and which is characterised by its unique location on the Mediterranean Coast. Located only 128km from Egypt’s second main city, Alexandria, New Alamein City spans over 48,000 feddans overlooking 14 km of Mediterranean shoreline.

The city has been designed as an integrated coastal city, with advanced infrastructure using the latest technologies adopted for the development and sustainability of inhabited areas.
