Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI), the training arm of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), has announced all evaluation services for bank employees will be carried out online.

This would allow banks to implement their projects and evaluate their employees remotely. Eliminating the need for individuals to be present at a specific place in a specific time, which directly affects the efficiency of implementation.

Abdel-Aziz Nosseir, Executive Director of EBI, said: “Electronic evaluation solutions, which are implemented online through the institute’s evaluation team, contribute to supporting and developing human cadres in the banking and other sectors. It uses the latest methods and tools to evaluate the technical aspects, English language, computer skills, and behavioural aspects.”

This is an effective solution in terms of its availability without being tied to a specific time or place, he said.

He added that the evaluation team provides evaluation through modern technologies and multiple means, whether directly or through the use of artificial intelligence technologies. The team also provides other evaluation services that can be implemented remotely, such as personal interviews, and sessions to discuss the results.

He pointed out that EBI has many successful experiences in this regard. This method has recently been used successfully to evaluate several candidates from different countries for an important training programme at the institute.
