Mountain View debuts first business park in Egypt

Mountain View announced the launch of Heartwork project, the first business complex in Egypt, in the heart of New Cairo, in partnership with US Delivering Happiness (DH) and CallisonRTKL, which will develop architectural designs for the project.

Chairperson and Founder of Mountain View – DMG, Amr Soliman, said, “the partnership came after our visit to Silicon Valley and headquarters of Google and Facebook to benefit from their experience in this field.”

During a tour organised by Mountain View for a group of journalists last Wednesday, Soliman said, “the company is always keen to be the pioneer and initiator in creating breakthroughs and modern technological revolutions in the field of construction and real estate and not rely only on traditional plans and investments. It always seeks to provide everything new and unconventional in field of real estate investment in Egypt, which has a promising market in this area.”

Soliman disclosed that Heartwork will be launched officially this week. He explained that the project aims to support local businesses and turn them into happy workplaces through the use of consultancy and international certificates of interest in this regard and the application of the highest standards of international quality and innovation.

Heartwork has proved successful in practice, in terms of improving employee performance and increasing sales by 37%. Additionally, the project contributes to a 21% increase in productivity and a 41% reduction in staff turnover and going to other companies as well as achieves 300% increase in innovation, 400% decrease in fatigue, reduced absence of employees by 37% decrease, Soliman pointed out.

“After studies prove that 89% of employees are uncomfortable with their business environment, it has become important to take care of the work environment and this is being considered in our project,” said Soliman.

“Heartwork provides different spaces to suit all business sectors and budgets with different design choices, creating a balanced environment for the mutual benefit of employees and employers.”
