Triple M launches Winsola for operation, maintenance of renewable energy plants

Triple M, in cooperation with a number of experts and specialists in the energy sector, has announced the launch of Winsola, a new company for operation and maintenance of solar and wind power plants.

Winsola provides periodic maintenance for solar energy systems, solar panel cleaning and maintenance, fault forecasting, power generation monitoring, performance measures, and wind turbine maintenance.

Winsola comprises a large group of experts and specialists in the field of renewable energy with more than 50 years of experience, including Salah Ibrahim, expert renewable energy and consultant of a number of international companies in the operation and maintenance of plants; Galal Osman, energy expert and professor of energy at the University of Engineering in Mansoura University; Amr Abdel Kader from the British University in Egypt; Abbas Rady, solar energy consultant and director of solar energy projects at Triple M; and Hassan Abu Ghalma, professor at the Faculty of Engineering in Hanover University.

Winsola aims to adopt increased energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, improved on-site performance and receiving processes, land receipt inspection, geotechnical work, and land topographic studies.

Hatem El Roumy, chairperson of the company, said Winsola is seeking to carry out maintenance work for a number of existing projects to produce electricity from wind stations, and is expected to complete the agreement during the current year, and the company is also seeking to capture operations and maintenance outside Egypt with a capacity up to 200MW.
