Samcrete Development raised its investments to reach EGP 3.2bn, according to Hisham El Kheshen, the company’s CEO.

El Kheshen said the company is developing several projects, including Pyramids Heights Residence and Pyramids Heights Business Park with investments of EGP 2.2bn, with more than 3,000 direct and indirect employees.

During the “IPAX Africa and Arabia” exhibition held in Dubai, El Kheshen said that Samcrete won three awards at the 2017-2018 Africa and Arabia Property Awards, one of the most prestigious industry events in the region.

El Kheshen pointed out that Pyramids Heights Residences, Samcrete Development’s flagship project, earned awards within the categories of residential development, single unit properties, and apartments.

Chosen from over 200 entries spread across Africa and Arabia, Samcrete Development has proven to be exceptionally proficient in the property development sector.

He added that the project offers more than 600 residential units ranging from apartments, penthouses, duplexes, and villas with a range of facilities to meet the needs of the market.

Pyramids Heights Residences is set in a very premium location of an approximate land area of 400,000 sqm, offering easy access to the city, where many of the units are overlooking the Giza Pyramids.

“With an altitude of 140 metres above sea level, residents will enjoy a heightened sense of living, as well as spectacular views, coupled with an easy access to the city, fine dining, shopping, entertainment as well as the Grand Egyptian Museum,” said Laila Abdel-Kader, sales and marketing director of Pyramids Heights Residences.

The Africa and Arabia Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, which encompass the regions of Asia Pacific, Europe, the Americas, and the UK. The awards shed lights on the industry’s most prominent figures and superlative professionals.
