CAIRO: Hani Saied said it is impossible for him to play for Zamalek as he vows to raise his complex case to FIFA.

The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) fined the Egypt sweeper and ordered him to fulfill his pre-contract with Zamalek, after he refused to complete the move to the Cairo club from Ismaili.

Saied justified his surprising u-turn decision by claiming he was not aware of the nature of the papers he signed last week.

I signed a pre-agreement and then I changed my mind, I never thought that the papers I signed were official, he told Modern Sport TV.

I will take the case to FIFA because I will not play for Zamalek. I would rather quit football.

I also believe that the fine was unfair.

Zamalek s LE 7 million bid for Saied was most welcomed by Ismaili board, who apparently put pressure on the 28-year-old to sign.

Saied met with Zamalek chairman Mamdouh Abbas recently, in an attempt to resolve the case, but their meeting did not bear its fruits.
