Deyaar for Construction and Development, Westway, and Harva exceeded their sales targets by more than 120% during the first half (H1) of 2026, reflecting strong demand and the successful execution of their expansion strategies.
Hany Farag, Chairperson of Deyaar, Westway, and Harva, said the strong first-half performance highlights the companies’ operational efficiency and the effective implementation of their business plans.
He added that the three companies are pursuing a unified strategy focused on enhancing operational performance, strengthening coordination across business units, and delivering projects that respond to evolving market demand.
Farag revealed that the companies will continue expanding their presence in Egypt’s real estate market, supported by a project portfolio concentrated in West Cairo.
He noted that the group has developed more than 125 real estate projects and delivered over 3,000 residential units, providing a strong foundation for the next phase of growth.
Farag added that the companies’ long-term strategy is centred on sustainable expansion while continuing to invest in human capital, describing employees as a key driver of operational excellence and long-term success.
He said the group will place greater emphasis in the coming period on professional development, talent retention, and enhancing the work environment to support its long-term growth objectives.
