Wealth Plus Developments has launched VERS Commercial Arena, a mixed-use project in New Cairo with total investments estimated at EGP 4bn. The development brings together commercial, administrative, and medical units, designed to serve as a multi-purpose destination in a strategic location.

The project is being developed in partnership with Makyn Developments, leveraging both companies’ expertise to deliver a high-value investment hub. It also includes collaboration with IWG, operator of the Regus brand, to provide modern workspace solutions within the complex.

Located at the intersection of Al Gezira Axis and Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, near the Russian University International Campus (RUIC), the project connects key residential zones such as Gardenia and surrounding upscale compounds. The site was selected based on traffic flow, accessibility, and rising demand for commercial and administrative spaces in New Cairo.

VERS Commercial Arena offers units starting from 30 sqm, with flexible payment plans of up to 8 years. Administrative and medical units will be delivered fully finished, while commercial units will be handed over in core and shell condition.

The development integrates a wide range of services, including advanced security systems, parking facilities, concierge services, rooftop areas, EV charging stations, fire safety systems, and facility management. A standout feature is the “Open Hologram Arena”, an interactive space blending commercial, cultural, and entertainment activities.

Ahmed Shaker, co-founder and CEO of Wealth Plus Developments, said the project reflects the company’s focus on creating mixed-use destinations that combine business, service, and leisure. He emphasized that the design integrates technology and innovation to enhance user experience and ensure long-term operational value.
