Intelli-Pro, an engineering solutions firm specialising in fire-fighting and fire protection systems, plans to execute projects worth around EGP 100m in 2026 as part of its expansion strategy, the company announced.

The projects are expected to cover three main sectors: educational institutions, government-affiliated entities, and service, investment, and industrial projects, which typically require advanced fire safety systems compliant with both local and international standards.

Karim Ahmed, CEO of Intelli-Pro, said the 2026 targets build on the company’s performance in 2025, when it completed projects valued at approximately EGP 70m. He attributed the growth to rising demand for fire protection systems and growing investor awareness of occupational safety and risk management.

Ahmed noted that Egypt’s fire-fighting systems market grew by more than 15% in 2025, with expectations that growth could approach 20% in the coming year. Key drivers include improved currency stability and stricter compliance requirements in industrial and service developments.

He also highlighted the role of the Civil Defense Authority, pointing to recent enhancements in inspection and approval procedures that have streamlined project implementation while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Commenting on the broader industry landscape, Ahmed said that expanding domestic manufacturing in fire safety systems would benefit from greater access to financing, particularly for new and emerging industrial projects, supporting local production and reducing reliance on imports.

Founded in 2019, Intelli-Pro operates in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of fire-fighting systems, as well as electromechanical and low-current systems. The company has delivered fire protection solutions for over 70 organisations across Egypt in sectors including industrial, telecommunications, aviation, and education.

Intelli-Pro said it plans to continue expanding its technical and human capabilities in line with its growth strategy, while contributing to higher safety standards in construction and industrial projects across the Egyptian market.
