Zawaya Developments has officially launched its latest mixed-use project, SIA Mall, strategically located in 6th of October City, West Cairo. The development aligns with the company’s broader expansion strategy to meet the area’s growing demand for commercial and service-oriented spaces.
Speaking at a press conference, Mohamed Raouf, Chairperson of Zawaya Developments, highlighted the mall’s integrated design, which combines commercial, administrative, and medical facilities in one destination. He emphasized that the project reflects the company’s commitment to delivering practical, market-driven developments.
Abdel Sattar Mohamed, CEO of Zawaya Developments, revealed that SIA Mall will span over 6,000 square meters, comprising a ground floor and four upper levels. The company has partnered with Hafez Consultants for architectural design and KAD Commercial Property Management for consultancy, operations, and property management services. Construction is set to begin in January 2026, with completion expected within three and a half years.
Bashir Farag, Chief Commercial Officer at Zawaya Developments, stated that units will start from 22 square meters, with the first phase comprising 30% of the total units. He expressed confidence in the project’s market potential, citing its prime location and the increasing demand for integrated commercial spaces in the area.
Mohamed Hafez, Chairperson of Hafez Consultants, noted that the mall’s architectural design prioritizes efficiency, functionality, and sustainability. Meanwhile, Eng. Ayman Nabil, CEO of KAD, affirmed that the mall will adhere to modern management standards, ensuring high operational quality and long-term investment value.
SIA Mall adds to the growing portfolio of mixed-use developments in West Cairo, a region experiencing rapid urban growth and heightened interest in integrated commercial real estate.
