alBaraka Capital launches ‘Tanfeez’ company for real estate investment

AlBaraka Capital for financial investments, a subsidiary of AlBaraka Bank, announced the establishment of “Tanfeez” company for real estate investment and urban development.

The company represents the investment and real estate development arm of the group, with the aim of making a quantum leap in the Egyptian real estate market. And provide investments and programs to provide liquidity for real estate projects that are compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia.

The launch of “Tanfeez” comes within the framework of alBaraka Bank’s pioneering strategy in providing Islamic banking solutions and in accordance with the vision of alBaraka Capital, which pays great attention to supporting the Egyptian economy and the real estate investment sector in particular.

Tanfeez adopts an ambitious expansion strategy that enables it to provide integrated investment services in the field of real estate development, in addition to providing project financing programs in cooperation with major real estate developers.

For his part, Hazem Hegazy, Vice Chairperson and CEO of alBaraka Bank, expressed his happiness at the launch of the “Tanfeez” company specialized in real estate investment and urban development.

He said: “The company represents a new and distinguished addition to the alBaraka Bank family, and contributes effectively to the implementation of the bank’s expansion strategy, which aims to achieve sustainable growth in the Egyptian market, in line with the economic vision of the Egyptian government in various fields, including the real estate sector.”

Sarah Hosni, Managing Director of alBaraka Capital, explained that alBaraka Capital is an independent company wholly owned by alBaraka Bank and specializes in providing innovative Islamic financing solutions and leading investment products to companies and individuals, the company is currently working to provide Islamic financing to public and private sector companies. He pointed out that an ambitious plan has been put in place to expand Islamic financing services for small, medium and micro enterprises.

She emphasized that alBaraka Capital is one of the companies characterized by rapid growth, based on an experienced team fully supported by alBaraka Bank, especially as it seeks to increase awareness of various financing products and Islamic investments in all sectors of the Egyptian market, which we started in our first company,

It is noteworthy that Hosni has a strong mix of experience in the field of corporate finance and IPO promotion, as she held the position of Managing Director of Sarwa Company for the promotion and coverage of IPOs. She also previously worked in prominent roles with many financial organizations, including Nasdaq Dubai, the Egyptian Exchange, and the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority.
