Emirati real estate company CGP announced the opening of the first civil registration office within a private residential compound to fully serve the residents of the Al-Burouj project and the surrounding region.

Al-Burouj is located on five million sqm in East Cairo between the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and Fifth Settlement, New Cairo on the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road.

The compound includes about 1,500 diverse housing units in addition to a business district, a cultural centre, a theatre that can accommodate more than 5,000 invitees, and two international schools.

Additionally, it has a sports club that includes the first football academy for Manchester City Club in Africa, an orchard park on an area of 300,000 sqm based on organic farming methods, and an open-air mall that provides various services to the residents of the compound and the area.

CGP stated that the project’s business park will be operated in the first quarter (1Q) of 2023, noting that this park is the first and only one in East Cairo managed by the Smart Village Company.

Moreover, the park area is located on 120,000 sqm inside the compound and consists of 12 buildings.

The CGP offered units of the Business Park for sale last year, and the final touches are being put in place in preparation for receiving companies and business owners to start actual operation.
