Arab Developers Holding contracts with Incomercial to lease Park Mall in New Cairo

Arab Developers Holding announced that it singed a contract with Incomercial to lease Park Mall to distinctive brands.

The contract comes within the strategic plan that the company is currently implementing in its projects.

Ayman bin Khalifa — Group CEO of Arab Developers Holding — said that the contract comes within the holding’s strategy to raise the investment value of its projects and cooperate with strong companies in different specialisations.

This is in addition to providing everything that is distinctive to the company’s existing customers and increasing the company’s customer base.

He also noted that Incomercial specialises in the field of leasing commercial malls and was able, over the past three years, to rent out more than 100,000 sqm of commercial spaces.

He further pointed out that Arab Developers Holding has assigned Incomercial to attract brands to Park Mall, which is located in New Cairo.

He added that the project is a commercial mall that comprises the largest branch of Lulu Hypermarket in Egypt on an area of 8,200 sqm, in addition to a sports gym on 2,000 sqm, a cinema, an open area that is 5,000 sqm, landscapes, restaurants, and playgrounds. Above all, the mall boasts various services that provide a unique experience for visitors.

Bin Khalifa explained that Park Mall is located within the Nyoum New Cairo Project, which is a set of residential towers that include luxury apartments and a huge commercial mall.
