New City Developments (NCD) announced its partnership with construction company El Hazek Construction to provide high-quality construction work for the Eco West. NCD has invested EGP 2.5bn in EcoWest, which is expected to be delivered in 2024, while phase 1 will be ready in 20 months.
Ramy Yousef, CEO of NCD, and Mahmoud El Hazek, Managing Director of El Hazek Construction signed the partnership.
CEO of New City Developments said, “Signing this cooperation is part of our ongoing strategy of finding partners with efficient practical expertise in their field and this includes our partnership with El Hazek Construction.”
Eco West’s Phase 1 has 14 diverse buildings with 1290 units and a starting price of EGP 850K, in addition to flexible payment plans that fit their clients’ needs.
The mixed-use Eco West project comprises 4 phases with a total of 3804 units for only 20% of its buildup area, where 80% of the project is devoted to green spaces and numerous facilities and services.
