Egypt aims to hold Luxor’s ‘Arts Bridge’ project in November: Tourism official

The Cultural Tourism Promotion Committee in Luxor has started discussions over the “Arts Bridge” project, which is scheduled to be held in November, according to the Committee’s head Mohamed Osman.

The Arts Bridge is a project to invite artists from various markets exporting tourism to Egypt to create artworks inspired by the Ancient Egyptian civilization.

Osman said a proposal of the project will be presented to various stakeholders in tourism, antiquities, and culture.

The project aims to attract artists to focus on such an inspiring period of history which still dazzles the world with its secrets.

Osman was optimistic about the next winter season in Luxor, revealing that the committee has begun arranging to set an agenda of events to attract tourists to different Egyptian tourist destinations in general and cultural tourism in particular.
